New Grad Launch FAQ
Is this for current students?
Yes. Final-year students and recent graduates are a great fit. Many start a semester before graduation.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Klarna and Afterpay are offered at checkout, subject to approval. NeoHR receives the full price at purchase, and the provider handles your installments.
What is the Career Clarity Session credit?
If you start with a $250 Career Clarity Session and enroll in a coaching program within 30 days, the full $250 is applied to your program price.
What is your refund policy?
Full refund if you cancel within 7 days of purchase and before your first session. After your first session, program fees are non-refundable, but you can pause your program once for up to 60 days. See the Terms and Refund Policy for details.
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Career coaching focuses on your professional goals, job search, and career development. It is not therapy or counseling.
