Yes. Everything you share stays confidential, and outreach is planned with discretion so your current employer is not alerted.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Klarna is offered at checkout, subject to approval. Afterpay is not available on this program because it is above Afterpay's $4,000 limit. NeoHR receives the full price at purchase, and Klarna handles your installments.
What is the Career Clarity Session credit?
If you start with a $250 Career Clarity Session and enroll in a coaching program within 30 days, the full $250 is applied to your program price.
What is your refund policy?
Full refund if you cancel within 7 days of purchase and before your first session. After your first session, program fees are non-refundable, but you can pause your program once for up to 60 days. See the Terms and Refund Policy for details.
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Career coaching focuses on your professional goals, job search, and career development. It is not therapy or counseling.
