NeoHR provides career services, HR consulting, and recruiting support. We bring real expertise and effort, but we cannot guarantee a job offer, salary, or hiring outcome. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or legal or financial advice. Refund terms for each service are in the table below.
Our services
These terms apply when you book, purchase, or use any service from Neo Consulting Group LLC, doing business as NeoHR Consulting Group ("NeoHR," "we," "us"), including coaching programs, quick-win services, self-guided playbooks, brand services, and the free strategy session. Fractional recruiting, executive search, outplacement, and leadership development engagements are also governed by the separate written agreement signed for each engagement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
Coaching disclaimer
- No guaranteed outcomes. Interviews, job offers, promotions, salary increases, and hiring timelines depend on many factors outside our control, including the job market, employer decisions, and your own actions. Results described on our site, including testimonials and before-and-after examples, are individual or composite examples and are not typical or guaranteed.
- Not therapy or counseling. Career coaching focuses on your professional goals, job search, and career development. It is not mental health care, therapy, or counseling. If you are dealing with stress, anxiety, or other personal concerns, we encourage you to seek support from a licensed mental health professional.
- Not legal, tax, or financial advice. Guidance on offer negotiation, employment terms, copyright, or domains is general information. For decisions with legal or financial consequences, consult a qualified attorney or financial professional.
- Your decisions are yours. You decide which roles to pursue, which materials to submit, and which offers to accept.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your experience, credentials, and goals. We write from what you give us, and you are responsible for reviewing materials for accuracy before you use them.
- Attend scheduled sessions and complete agreed action items within the program timeframe.
Scheduling and cancellations
- Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice through your Calendly confirmation email or by emailing info@neohrus.com.
- Sessions missed without 24 hours' notice may be counted as completed.
- Coaching programs should be completed within their stated length plus 30 days. Extensions are available for documented emergencies.
Payments and payment plans
Payments are processed securely through Stripe or Payhip. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. You can pay over time at checkout through buy now, pay later providers such as Klarna and Afterpay, subject to the provider’s approval and terms. Those plans are agreements between you and the provider, and NeoHR receives the full price at purchase. Refunds approved under our Refund Policy are returned through the provider, which adjusts your plan. If NeoHR agrees to a custom installment plan with you directly, you agree to pay each installment on schedule, and services may be paused if an installment is more than 10 days late.

Career Clarity Session credit. If you purchase a Career Clarity Session and enroll in a coaching program within 30 days of that session, the full $250 is applied to the program price. The credit applies once per client, cannot be exchanged for cash, and does not apply if the Clarity Session was refunded.
To request a refund, email info@neohrus.com with your name and purchase date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Intellectual property
The DrivePath Methodology™, playbooks, templates, worksheets, and site content are owned by NeoHR. Playbooks and templates are licensed for your personal use and may not be resold or shared. Materials written for you, such as your resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn copy, are yours to use once paid in full.
Confidentiality
We keep what you share in sessions confidential and do not share it without your permission, except as needed to deliver the services you request (for example, sharing a candidate's resume with a hiring company for a specific role) or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, NeoHR's total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service involved. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost wages or lost business opportunities.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. We may update these terms. The version in effect when you purchase applies to that purchase. Questions? Email info@neohrus.com.
